I’m… IN LOVE!
Journey Church… you’re getting it! Getting that God is IN LOVE with YOU!!
What a great day we had together in the worshiping of our Lord Jesus Christ. We sang of his great love for us and our great love for Him…and He taught us about how much He loves everyone…yes… ALL of US!
God’s Word is so powerful and strong, yet so loving and refreshing at the same time. We learned today that God is Love…love is not just something he does…it is His very being. Then to think He decided to create us, so he could love us…knowing who we are, how we live…how we are so self focused. Yet, He is still IN LOVE with us!! How cool is that!!
I am so excited about being on this journey with God and with ya’ll!! We are just in the being stages of what God is planning for you, me, Jupiter and PBC. As the songs goes “Greater things are yet to come, greater things are still to be done…in this city”…in our lives, in our families lives…in our friends lives. All because God is so IN LOVE with all of us!!
One more thought.
Last Saturday at our Beach Day, we had over 45 people come out (some got parking tickets, sorry!) to hang out and get to know each other a little better. Plus 6 people went public with their faith by being baptized at the beach!! There is more…this Saturday all of this took place…
· 43 people went to the Holy Land Experience on Saturday
· 28 people served @ Journey Church with Angel Food Ministries on Saturday
· 2 people served by working on the sound system on Saturday night
That is over 70 people who were in the midst of either serving others with God’s Love: or building deeper relationship with others and learning more about just how much God is IN LOVE is them. What a huge kingdom win!!
Two words: IN LOVE….don‘t forget them!
P.S. Don’t forget to eat this week… the Book of Ephesians is serving up lots of life transforming stuff!!
