What at trip!!!
I must say that sometimes I amaze myself...journeying without directions can lead to a great adventure or just a bunch of extra miles on your car... I will tell the whole story later..
Today I had a pastors meeting down south...that would be below Jupiter...the meeting was about what was going on at Journey Church...I must say that when I get to talk about Journey Church I can't stop...
Just to think...eleven weeks ago we started to talk about what Journey Church could be...dreaming of how we could know God loves, share that love with others...and find ways to serve the community...Well, all of those dreams are starting to happen!!
We are seeing new people every week at Journey Church...new people are becoming a part of our launch teams...ministry teams are starting to form...hearts are starting to believe in God's purposes for their lives and His church...also, something big is taking place at Journey Church all week long...you will have to come and find out what it is this Sunday.
We are just at the beginning of seeing God's plan unfold for Journey Church...I must say that I am so excited about all of you and all the people that are going to join God and us on the Journey.
Don't forget that we are putting together our first "Fall Family Weekend" on November 1st...Our planning meeting is the 15th at Journey Church...this event is all about serving the community in a fun way...families coming together to have a blast with a bunch of people who care about them...that's us!!
If we all invest and invite our friends and families over the next few weeks we will see over 300 people at the FFW!!! Then on Nov. 2 we are going to invite all them to join us at Journey Church to enjoy a family worship experience...This excites me...how about you!!
Everyone can be involved...we are investing in people so that they might experience the love of God...that's what it's all about!!
It's going to be a great weekend...ask a friend to join you at Journey this weekend...see you all soon!!
